Evan-Michael

Director of Operations

A Fort Collins native, Evan brings a diverse background in emergency response, healthcare, public service, and organizational leadership. His experience includes serving as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) trained through St. Anthony Hospital — a Level I Trauma Center — as well as work in wilderness medicine, including leading backcountry expeditions through Rocky Mountain National Park.

Drawing on emergency response, wilderness medicine, integrative health, intercultural communication, and conflict resolution, Evan has developed a practical, people-centered approach to leadership, risk management, and organizational development. His public-sector work includes supporting emergency preparedness with the City and County of Denver's Department of Human Services and overseeing operations within Denver's emergency shelter system.
